What to Do When your Baby Swallows a Magnet

Baby-proofing can be a perplexing task for parents and caregivers.

No matter how many times you scanned the house and got harmful objects out of your child’s reach, he will manage to find other items to chew or suck on—be it a bus driver Lego or nail polish.

Common household items such as plants, pain relievers and make up are usually ingested by babies, toddlers and 6-year old children.

Any of these objects can be poisonous to your little one, causing severe damage and sometimes death.
