Plastic surgery procedures aren't just for the western world. In conservative Iran, nose surgery, also known as Rhinoplasty, is all the rage. Thousands of men and women walk proudly in the streets showing off their surgery bandages (even if they actually haven't had nose surgery!) This is proof that no matter what part of the world you are in, people want to look their best, and many turn to plastic surgery procedures to achieve the look they've always dreamed of.
For Americans, it's the perfect body, and in Iran, it's the "Western-style" button nose.
