Win a Baby...In the Lottery?

Controversy is brewing in the UK, and it's all over the lottery.

Infertility Charity, To Hatch, recently got their IVF Lottery approved by the UK Gambling Commission, and infertility experts aren't too happy about it.

Tickets cost about $32, and the lucky winners get to undergo $40,000 worth of IVF treatments abroad.

There are thousands of infertile couples in the UK, and while this may seem like a good deal, experts are concerned about the social, and psychological impacts of the baby lotto.
