A new discovery found that conception may be contingent more so on women's fertility
and less on the age of a man's sperm. In fact, recent research has led
to the belief that age is not typically a determinant factor for sperm
quality or count.
"It is sperm quality rather than
male age that matters," stated Meenakshi Choudhary, Britain's Newcastle
Fertility Centre at Life. "Our results suggest that, up to the age of
45, there is little effect of male age on the treatment's outcome."
