More Fortune 500 Companies Now Covering Transgender Healthcare

The number of Fortune 500 companies willing to compensate for sexual reassignment surgeries and other transgender-related healthcare has taken a gigantic leap from zero in 2002 to 169 in 2014.

The impressive report ranks corporations based on their treatment of #gay, #lesbian, #bisexual and #transgender employees.

The Human Rights Campaign report also indicated that more than half of corporations with 500+ employees that participated in the survey now cover the procedures.
