End of recession leads to plastic surgery boom

Plastic surgery has been steadily growing in popularity for decades, but with the latest recession, many people don't have the extra money to splurge on nose surgery, breast implants or liposuction.

Today however. things have changed. The economic state of the world seems to be improving and unemployment rates are slowly decreasing.
