Surrogacy Lawyer is Taken Down on Federal "Baby-Selling" Charges

Theresa Erickson was once a well-known and respected member of the infertility community. She was an attorney that specialized in reproductive law, and helped many couples have babies with surrogacy.

Erickson, along with her two business partners, are now facing 5 years in federal prison and almost $400,000 in fines for her involvement in an illegal baby selling ring based in Sand Diego, California and Ukraine.
